Wednesday Weigh in
Hi,
Well its Wednesday. That means I have to get on the scale. But for the first time in my life Im not scared. I know the weight is comming off by how my clothes fit. So here we go.............
WOW! My 2nd week on herbalife and I lost another 7 pounds!!! that's 17 pounds in 2 weeks!!
Amazing results and all I am doing is drinking my shakes and eating a healthy meal. Everyday I wake up and I feel better than the day before and I have more energy. Im actually looking forward to the summer. Getting out going to all those outdoor summer activities. For the past ten years I have been hiding in the air conditioning. But No More!! Im going to wear shorts and Im going to go outside!

MY Plan
On my plan all I do is drink a shake in the morning and take vitimines, drink a shake in the afternoon more vitimines and have a great meal for dinner. I snack in between and the weight is falling off. But most of all I know my body is getting the proper nutrition to "Get Healthy" After years of abuse.

Summer is Around the Corner!!

I dont know about you but summers can be really miserable for me when Im overweight! All the outdoor fun and cute clothes are things I have enjoyed all my life until I got out of control and gained a lot of weight. Now I hide inside in the air conditioner and wait for the fall and winter to roll back around. WELL NO MORE!! I have strated my journey to loose the weight and get Healthy and this summer is going to be the best in years. I will worship the sun god!! I will get in a bathing suit and enjoy the pool. I will go to the summer festivals and I will Have a Blast!!
