I dont know about you but summers can be really miserable for me when Im overweight! All the outdoor fun and cute clothes are things I have enjoyed all my life until I got out of control and gained a lot of weight. Now I hide inside in the air conditioner and wait for the fall and winter to roll back around. WELL NO MORE!! I have strated my journey to loose the weight and get Healthy and this summer is going to be the best in years. I will worship the sun god!! I will get in a bathing suit and enjoy the pool. I will go to the summer festivals and I will Have a Blast!!
